En854 2te Two Layer High Textile Braid Hydraulic Rubber Hose
EN 854 1TE/2TE/3TE textile reinforced hydraulic hose is suitable for delivering petroleum or water-based hydraulic fluids, oil & water emulsions and aqueous glycol solutions. It is mainly used in the machine building industry and hydraulic equipment. It is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. The tube is made from high quality black, smooth and oil resistant synthetic rubber, making it widely used to deliver hydraulic fluids. The reinforcement is made from one or more layers of braided textile, making the hose have smaller bending radius. And the hose is lightweight and flexible. The cover is made from high quality synthetic rubber, which is resistant to abrasion, corrosion, weather, ozone, aging and sunlight. Therefore, the cover makes the hose have longer service life.
EN854-2TE hydraulic hose is similar to EN854-1TE hydraulic hose in application. It is also used to handle hydraulic fluids in accordance with ISO6743-4 with the exception of HRDR, HFDS and HFDT. And the temperature of hydraulic fluids ranges from -40 °C to +100 °C. It is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. Tube is made from oil and water resistant synthetic rubber, making hose perform well in delivering hydraulic oil. Reinforcement is made from one layer of high tensile textile fiber braid, making hose bear high working pressure. Cover is made from oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber, making hose suitable for harsh working environment and have long service life.
